This plastic bag sealing machine is robust and is used for sealing plastic pouches and bags up to a length of 18 inches (450 mm). The seal is 8 mm wide and can be used for sealing a variety of plastic poly and thermoplastic films. This plastic bag sealing machine comes with an adjustable metal table which makes it easy for the operator to seal the bag, particularly if the contents are heavy. The timing knob on the control panel allows the operator to easily adjust the sealing time depending on the bag material. 

The bag is sealed by a nichrome heating strip (embedded under a Teflon cloth) which is heated electronically by means of a transformer. After the operator applies foot pressure through the pedal, the heated plastic is fused together forming a hermetic (airtight) seal.

Typically, this plastic bag sealing machine is well-suited for sealing larger and heavier plastic bags and pouches.
