This product has two unique characteristics; firstly, the sealing mechanism is extremely operator friendly wherein only a slight push has to be given to the plastic table, compared to applying hand or foot pressure this mechanism ensures that the operator does not get tired. Secondly, the seal obtained is of consistent quality as the current automatically shuts off after three seconds, thereby reducing the risk of bag rejection.

This machine can be used both in a factory setting and in a retail outlet for sealing all kinds of items like confectioneries, baked products, electronic items, spices, vegetables, books, magazines, sweetmeats and office supplies etc. Typically, it can handle a duty of sealing about 1000 bags per day and can seal bags made out of polyethylene, polypropylene and other laminates. The sealing width is 5 mm and the heating time can be adjusted using a knob present on the control panel.
