Plastic cups are widely used to fill water, juices and dairy products like yogurt and buttermilk. The manual cup sealing machine provides an ergonomic foil sealing solution for those customers who have a production requirement of about 300-360 cups per hour. Alternatively, it can also find utility in restaurants or cafe's for sealing take-away packages as it is compact and portable. 

A hollow brass heating die that is shaped as per the lip of the cup is used; therefore on sealing, a perfect circular ring seal is generated that is strong enough to handle all kinds of rough handling during transport. The manual cup sealer is available in two sizes depending on the diameter of the cup, which are 80.5 mm and 95 mm.
