If the item you have ordered is in stock and paid in full before 3 pm (Indian Standard Time) on any working day, (Monday to Saturday) it will be dispatched the same day, else on the next working day. Soon after dispatch we will provide you with a tracking ID and the name of the courier/shipping company that is handling your order. In case the item you have ordered is not in stock, it will be dispatched as soon as stock is available (the excess lead time for receiving stock will be mentioned on the product page).
Delivery charges have not been included in the price displayed on the product page and will vary depending upon the distance from our distribution center in Mumbai. The price will be displayed after you have entered your location on the product page and will be added to the retail price when you checkout from your cart. Some items or orders that are too large to be shipped by courier will be transported by bulk carriers in which case door to door delivery may not be possible. These shipments will be done on a to-pay basis and customers will have to get the goods from the respective transports' office/warehouse. Details of the shipment will be communicated by email along with the tracking ID.
For clients residing out of India, we currently do not accept online payments and orders will have to be placed through enquiry only. Delivery charges will vary depending on the country's import tariffs and other charges which include transportation fees. Additionally, lead times for international shipments will be longer depending on the proximity to India and the mode of delivery (air or sea freight).
