The SCS-01, semi-automatic cup filling and sealing machine is a faster production alternative to our manual cup sealing options:

Operations of foil placing and foil sealing have been automated with this machine. The operator merely has to place a filled cup into the cavity as shown in the video above. In addition, we can integrate one of our volumetric paste fillers or gear pump based liquid fillers to help automate the filling operation as well. 

We can produce a machine that can seal up to two different cup diameters, which allows flexibility in manufacturing.

This machine is ideal for:

  • Dairy products like yoghurt, lassi, shrikhand etc.
  • Specialty items like Falooda
  • Synthetic Juices
