Roll On Pilfer Proof (ROPP) caps are widely used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry for securing both glass and metal bottles. This motorized ROPP capping machine can cap up to 600-800 bottles per hour (assuming continuous use by one operator). It is an ideal machine for clients with medium to large scale production. The cap is sealed by a set of two rollers; one of which seals the lower ring of the cap on to the bottle while the other creates the thread that enables easy removal and closure. The sealing chuck is rotated by an electric motor and the operator can raise or lower the bottle by means of a foot mounted lever. Bottles with heights ranging from 40 mm to 300 mm (1 foot) can be accommodated in this motorized ROPP capping machine, thereby providing good stability.
