The Anser U2-ProS Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) printer is an ideal solution for printing on primary packaging like laminated plastic pouches/rolls, PET bottles, adhesive labels, plastic cans, metal containers, blister packaging and many more... With a 32 ml solvent ink cartridge, the ProS TIJ printer can print 150,000 to 300,000 times on a single cartridge; making it extremely cost effective with cost per print ranging from Rs. 0.02 to 0.08.

Being compact in size, the U2-ProS TIJ printer can easily be integrated with conveyors, labeling machines, FFS machines, winder-rewinders, band sealers and any other kind of material handling equipment . With an RS 485 communication port, the U2-ProS TIJ printer can be coupled with a variety of external sensors, encoders, alarm indicators as well as machinery like check-weighers and programmable logic controllers. If the application is simple; the U2-ProS TIJ printer comes equipped with its own internal sensor.

The most significant advantage of the U2-ProS and TIJ printers in general is that they are virtually zero maintenance devices. Once a cartridge is exhausted, it merely has to be replaced with a new piece. There is no ink reservoir, make-up or complicated parts that need regular replacement like most large character or CIJ printers.
