The Anser U2-Diesel Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) printer is an ideal solution for printing on secondary packaging like corrugated cardboard boxes, plywood or any paper based porous substrate. With a 420 ml bulk ink cartridge, this printer's ink can last from anywhere between 30 - 120 days (or more); making it extremely cost effective with cost per print ranging from Rs. 0.02 - 0.10.  

Being compact in size, the U2-Diesel TIJ printer can easily be integrated with taping machines, conveyors and band sealers etc.  With an RS 485 communication port, the U2-Diesel TIJ printer can be coupled with a variety of external sensors, encoders, alarm indicators as well as machinery like check-weighers and programmable logic controllers. If the application is simple; the U2-Diesel TIJ printer comes equipped with its own internal sensor.

The most significant advantage of the U2-Diesel and TIJ printers in general is that they are virtually zero maintenance devices. Once a cartridge is exhausted, it merely has to be replaced with a new piece. There is no ink reservoir, make-up or complicated parts that need regular replacement like most large character or CIJ printers
