Compostable PLA cups + heat sealing = a materials science challenge. We solved it.
PLA cups are great for the environment but notoriously difficult to heat-seal due to their low melting point. After multiple trials across different foil coatings, we developed a lid formulation that works perfectly on PLA — and now supports compostable coatings including FiloBev, Aqeous, and PBS.

We ship machines directly from our facility to your door. Foil lids — which you’ll reorder regularly — are shipped in bulk to keep costs manageable. Lead times and shipping logistics will be shared transparently when you reach out.
