Most of our customers who pack their products in plastic cups; especially those who fill between 1000-1500 cups per day, employ at least two operators, one for filling the cups and the other for sealing them. With this workstation, you will require just one operator without sacrificing on production rate.

This workstation is a combination of our manual cup sealer and single head gear pump filler. We have repackaged them into a single unit by adding a couple of unique features that are listed below as follows:

• A cup de-nester attached to the sealing machine to allow rapid placement of cups which in turn reduces unwanted movement
• Ergonomic powder coated metal table allowing the operator to work comfortably in a seated position
• A tray to place the carton containing aluminium foils
• Swivel type nozzle mounted just above the cup holder to facilitate quick filling
• Stainless steel tray to provide easy placement of sealed cups
• Integrated extension board (5 Amp, 230 V) to plug in both machines in case the power outlet is not close by

Both these machines, combined with the features described above provide everything the operator needs at an arm's length and hence eliminates the need for unwanted movements. Additionally, the operator can utilize the idle time during the filling operation to remove the next cup from the de-nester and prepare to place the foil for sealing. 

In other words, if you are looking to start up small production batches; this machine can provide an instant solution; with the added bonus of low running costs since it requires a single operator. Once the operator gets used to this machine; an output rate of 5-8 cups per minute (300-450) cups an hour can be achieved. 

Note**: This workstation can be used to fill only water like substances (without particulates) like juice and sherbet. The reason being that the filler can only fill liquids with low viscosity. Therefore, we strongly recommend this machine for clients who are filling mineral water, juices and/or sherbet. It may be possible in some cases to fill dairy products like lassi, provided the product is consistent (homogeneous) with a viscosity close to that of water.
