Pre-Cut Aluminium Foil Lids are precisely shaped and sized lids cut from a large roll of aluminium foil. These lids provide a secure, airtight seal for a variety of food and beverage containers, ensuring freshness and preventing leaks during storage and transport. Ideal for packaging solutions in the food industry, pre-cut aluminium lids are commonly used for products like yogurt cups, sauces, ready-to-eat meals, and food & beverage deliveries.
Aluminium conducts heat extremely well, seals are achieved within 2-5 seconds of contact and at a lower temperature (compared to paper and plastic)
Excellent barrier properties against moisture and light, resulting in better food quality
Aluminium can be suitably coated/laminated to seal on Coated/Laminated Paper & Plastic
Flexibility in sizes is possible with pre-cut lids, allowing clients to seal large food tubs (1500 ml) as well as sauce cups (40 to 50ml) on a single machine
Branding on pre-cut lids stands out clearly and can be tweaked for different sizes
Pre-cut lids have smooth boundaries as compared to the jagged edges on most roll- form sealers

**For piping hot beverages (Sealed at >85 degrees Celsius) a tiny pinhole (diameter 0.9 to 1mm) in the foil is recommended for venting out the excess steam

Our top-of-the-line tub sealing machine is similar to the cup sealer in terms of look and gadgetry. However, it is more versatile in its sealing range with a capability of sealing 1-liter tubs up to 8oz (250ml) beverage cups.
Both paper as well as plastic cups can be sealed with this machine, the typical container capacities that can be accommodated varies from 2oz (60ml) up to 20oz (600ml)
